Issue With CrackerTracker

hello ...

I just installed Version of Icy Phoenix: 1.2.24.51
I invite friends to join in the forum but unable to register if ... even disconnecting me and I can not ...!

Upon acceptance of the rules, here is the error message:

If you can see this page after including a new MOD into your board or after clicking on a link please contact the Board Administrator with this error message and a description what you have done before you could see this page, that the Admin has the possibility to fix the problem.

I suppose that it comes from CrackerTracker configuration, so I disable all options in Settings
but nothing changes

Have you an idea about the problem ...?
