I am trying update my scrolling links on my site and evertime i hit the submit button i get this error. I upgraded from the previous version of IP 1.2 to 1.3.. After the upgrade everything else seems to be running fine except for this and my drop downs i get the same error. www.cisclan.com

Did you empty your cache folders ???

i supose you are using new version of icy

so i supose you upgraded from 1.2.0.27
i also supose that you used "CMS Advanced" instaled on your 1.2.0.27

if yes try to check if you have this two columns in your database
border_explain
titlebar_explain

and try to rename them to
border
titlebar

For people out there having the same issue from the upgrade from 1.2 to 1.3. and are unsure where Limun is talking about.

Go to your ip_ database either thru your php admin or other mysql browser.
Back up your database before making any changes

Go to ip_cms_blocks table and edit these field names
Change the name of border_explain to border
Change the name of titlebar_explain to titlebar
