Hi Guy I have just upgraded from version 1.1 to 1.3, things seem ok when I view the board until I try to change things in the admin cp.I have  big problem in that i CAN NOT turn the board back on as the below is happening. I have reinstalled the board and database 3 times now and its still happening ? Help please

When I save the changes I get the following error
