Is anyone here familiar with FaceBook and the Chat capabilities?

What I am trying to figure out is if there is a way that others who are visiting my IcyPhoenix website can see if anyone is in chat without actually going into the chat room.

I understand that it most likely can not look like Facebook's so,

  • is there a way, I can do a static feed of "Who Is Chatting" and display that feed in a block on the homepage?
  • This block should expand to be able to list all members who are chatting.

Thanks,

Dave

If you guys had those, "Buy Me A Beer" buttons, you would have already been drunk at least once on me.

Dvae

There´s an option for that in ACP-CONFIGURATION-ICY_PHOENIX-SQL_OPTIMIZATION

That enables a block on index, with who´s conected to the chat

Yes, I've seen that and I do have it checked.

But, that is the complete Shout Out Box.  I just want to show the usernames of who is in there in a block on the right of my homepage.

afterthought.....would be nice to have an Chat icon like their is for [ Profile | PM | email | www | Chat ] where I could click on it and invite them into chat.
