Is it possible to block guests from posting links to site other then pre-approved sites?

Like i understand him, he want´s that User´s can´t post any link´s that haven´t been aproved by him first.

You can disable HTML links for all guests. That's the best way to do it. If it's a guest you trust, then he should become a member so you can allow HTML links.

Follow this:

ACP>Configuration>Icy Phoenix>Posting and messages>

Scroll down to disable the html for guests via the radio button see pic:

posting_messages

You can also disable globally HTML, and make guests read only by going to:

ACP>Configuration>Site>

2 things;

Under the heading on the right (options on that page)

User and Forum Basic Settings; disable HTML

Guest allowed; read only

Sorry for not making myself a little more clear. What I mean is this. I want to be able to prevent guests from posts links to domains other then the ones that I choose. I am trying to avoid forcing people to register just to submit an application to my guild. I want them to be able to post a link to their character for the World of Warcraft Armory or any other World of Warcraft related site that I choose without having to register meanwhile blocking any other links from being posted.
