error: "pics don't exist!" If I try to delete just one photo it is ok!

Bit lonely in here! If you haven fixed this by now, ACP > and clear all caches, then optimise the database. See what happens?

Already fixed for album_modcp.php, but the same fixes applies tu admin_album_cat.php. http://www.icyphoenix.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=6530

Did you edit that file as well with the suggested edits? Which error are you having?
