FTP For Attachment Mod Doesnt Seem To Be Working.

FTP For Attachment Mod Doesnt Seem To Be Working.

I am trying to use the FTP mode for the attachment mod and it doesn't seem to be working. I keep getting the following error:

Code: [Download] [Hide] [Select]

Could not access ftp directory: '/ip_root/files'. Please check your FTP Settings.

No matter what settings I use I keep getting that error. Any help with this is most appreciated.

Server info: Full server info
Host = 1&1

Try in ACP to change it to this:

Code: [Download] [Hide] [Select]

/files

And after that:

Code: [Download] [Hide] [Select]

Remeber files folder should be writeable CHMOD 777

It is strange considering I can access the directory through my browser. You mean like this:
http://www.icyphoenix.com/files/

But then you have to see a IcyPhoenix link... because index.html is in /files folder
