I looked at some support topics and I have some kind of similar problem.
My site collapsed some month ago, showing error codes. Anyway I installed the new version of Icyphoenix now but I tried to install the DB from old version of ICYPHOENIX and it says this :

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 50331648 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 99999 bytes) in /data/g/l/glavo.net/sub/slavic-unity/adm/admin_db_utilities.php on line 612

I am not sure what this is, since I am no programmer. Is this Admin_db_utilities.php a file that must be changed and add bigger memmory  ( as i seen in some other topics ) or its just a problem because I am trying to install OLD version Database ?

The previous version is some 1-2 years old, do not blame me

Are you getting that error while trying to restore the old DB?

I would suggest to not use that tool to restore a DB. Use phpMyAdmin or MySQLDumper since the default restore feature is not bulletproof (it is very likely to fail on big DB).
