are you shure, you have  url_fopen enabled in your server ??

try to create an info.php file upload it to your server and have a look at the second block it gives you when calling the file

create a new php file, call it info.php

include just this code:
Code: [Download] [Hide]
  1. <?php PHPinfo(); ?>

and save the file to your root folder, then call the file http://yoursite/info.php

look at the second block it gives you for allow_url_rewrite and allow_url_fopen ON

but it could be an permissions ( CHmod) problem aswell

Permissions (CHMOD) were the standard IP ones straight out of the zip folder

once i call the file it only shows
Code: [Download] [Hide] [Select]
<?php PHPinfo(); ?>
nothing else

so probably "expose php" is disabled on the server.

you can try enabling fopen via .htaccess file

@ Spydie

You're dealing with someone who has been down this road before! and has no actual website that anyone can link to (That I can see), to find out if he/she ever got anything working in the first place.

http://www.icyphoenix.com/viewtopic.php?p=44855#p44855

And as far as permissions go - The Server LOG should indicate why script requests are being denied - If Mr Gamer has any idea on how to access to it?

yeah, no absolute clue on how to do that.

IP never seems to want to work with me, it's always against me...

it looks like the server is not able to set the chmods automaticly.

that means, you´ve got to do it manualy via ftp.

there should be an permissions option in your ftp client to do that.

just follow that list and CHmod all indicated folders with there corresponding permits
