Im not sure if its supposed to do this or not but the IP checker is recording the server time on my site and not the users local time or the settings I have set in site configuration.
My hosting is US based, just checked my ip login checker and its recording the time as 8.02 rather than 2.02 or 14.02 UK time.
I have the site time set at, the same within my profile too.
