how do I make a new admin account for IP so I can enter the ACP?

I tried everything and nothing seem to work, if any of you have any knowledge how it's done I would appreciate it. Thanks.

Also I had the option to send an email to the admin before I authorised a new account, how and where do I turn that off in the database?

have you tried to asign a new admin via yourdomain/adm/erc.php ??

I seem to be missing my admin account, it has disappeared, vanished, I need to set up a new admin account, how do I do that?

Go to: ACP/Users/Permissions

write username and select Look up User.

 

the next page you can select the desired level:
