I was trying to install ip on wamp and xampp by taking help of this forum. but none of the post could solve my problem.
I am still getting the same error message:
   An error occurred trying to update the database
   The used table type doesn't support FULLTEXT indexes

i have even replaced mysql_schema and db_update_000 as uploaded in this topic Link  but ......... could not install ip

could you pls help me out in installing ip on wamp or xampp?

I guess you are using XAMPP 1.7.4 and want to install IP 1.3

Could you please try to change 3 files

Insert on top of each file this code


install\schemas\mysql_schema.sql
install\schemas\db_update_000.sql
install\schemas\db_update_054.sql

Save this files and give it another try
