Help installing Icy Phoenix 1.3.0.53b
I have done all by the book and made sql database and user before installation and CHMOD all to 777 and now when I try to point browser to the install.php I get " connection does not work " from 127.0.0.1 Why is that ?? I have installed phpBB3 and torrent and many other scripts with no problems but here I have a problem

are you trying to install IP on local ?? maybe you need to start your services

hm. it sends me to xampp. so you´re installing on a local enviorement. Try to delete the .htaccess file in tforum root folder

you can rename it aswell. Off Topic : Could someone please split the Topic and put it into General. I think we´re a bit out of Main topic

If you want to test IcyPhoenix, you can also test the new beta version IcyPhoenix 2.0 http://www.icyphoenix.com/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=8332 But only for testing... there is no support for the beta version at this time
