We currently have one very similar, but it lacks bottom bar to quick access online users, you need to launch the Chat on your own. Check AJAX Chat on this website:

Not yet, because Facebook requires a special key to be allowed to use their APIs to login, so this mod would require anyway some user integration. It is planned, but not developed yet.

It depends on which version of Icy Phoenix are you using. Anyway it should be possible through CMS by adding a new block on top.

you should go to CMS - Parent Blocks , and create a new block.

look for ajax shoutbox ( ajax chat) in the dropdown and create it.

then put the block in the osotion you´ll like it to apear

AJAX Chat options are in ACP => Configuration => Various Settings, but you can't ban users from there.

I don't remember if there was a BAN option, but I'm quite sure there are a lot of extra options.
