I update from 1.3.0.53a to the latest version of IP.

Now  this happens often.

After some time (over half an hour and more) without doing anything, its ok.

I could not fine the reason for this error.
DB _cms looks fine

Someone else has a idea?

I guess this is because your cache is cleaned every xx minutes as a cron
If you clean the cache manually (ACP => Clean Cache) it should work quicker.

I checked off for 2 days all Cron.

From then until now I did not again the same problem.
So we can say that resolves the problem.
Of course I do not know if it is right that all are disabled, and which ones are good to do it on my own and how often.

Let me add, that probably should not associate the problem with the upgrade.
The reason is simple. Before upgrading all Cron was off.
