I Can't Set My Avatar In My New Forum

Post I Can't Set My Avatar In My New Forum 
 
I think everything is wrong of the intallation!  

I cannot upload my avatar, the page change to "Request Timeout

Server timeout waiting for the HTTP request from the client."
This happens when I want to upload the image using a url.

But if I want to upload from my computer,  don't let me. Appears a message "The avatar image type must be .jpg, .gif or .png" even if my image actually is .png!

I think you didn't setup it correctly.

Did you try using XAMPP or something similar on your local setup?
