I'm wondering how to take the Icy  phoenix logo thing, and just put a normal banner in the forums. But I don't know what file I have to change or if there is an easier way to change it. Thanks

For "Black Pearl" just overwrite "templates/mg_themes/images/p_black/sitelogo_small.png" with your logo

The name must be the same "sitelogo_small.png"

If you use other templates you have to look into the right folder "p_black" or "ice"

First post for me so let me just say I am loving this skin, thank you for your hard work!

Moving on to the topic, I did this with my site (i only created it today so it still needs a lot of work) I've got the banner up, but I do not see an easy way to completely remove the site name and just use the banner across the whole forums, is this possible?

It looks like you are using phpBB3 and not Icy Phoenix, which runs on phpBB2.

It may be best to ask your question in a new thread in the phpBB3 MODS & Styles forum as the coding is different.
