Sorry if this is uber obvious but i can't find out how to install a downloaded theme.

Also, which files would I need to replace to install my own banner?

Try to ask one question per support thread as it helps users that may be having the same problem find a quick solution by using our search function.  I'll answer your first question in this thread, but please create a new support topic for your other question.

If you downloaded Icy Phoenix, Aphrodite, Black and Blue Pearl, Icy Silver, Mars Attack, Milky Way, or Morpheus IP, upload the files and folders to their respective directories on your server.

For example, if you downloaded Icy Silver, copy ip_root/templates/mg_themes/ to YOUR_IP_ROOT/templates/mg_themes.

After uploading your chosen style, go to ACP -> Styles & Templates -> Styles Management -> Install Styles.  From that list, you should see the theme you uploaded.  Either click Install or tick the check box and click install.
