can some one please tell me if this template looks descent Anime-Donations
and any ideas or suggestions?

It is just the floreal template for IP with some personal modifications in order to suit in that web.

Floreal temlate for IP (1.3 version) can be downloaded at the colorizeit (you do not have to change any colour) http://www.icyphoenix.com/styles/
