As I told you in another topic, I have no experience in RTL (right to left) templating.

Can you please compare Icy Phoenix CSS with phpBB 3 ones (try to check bidi.css) and try to guess what needs to be implemented to make it possible?

I can't understand Arabic, so this thing should be really covered by someone who could better understand what you need.

Did you change this in lang_main_settings.php:
Code: [Download] [Hide] [Select]
$lang['DIRECTION'] = 'ltr';

I do not understand, what you are writing, but I try to guess

I you mean, you can not find the file...
This one should be edit: language/lang_yourlang/lang_main_settings.php:

If you mean, that you do not know where users should change the language...
You should enable this option in ACP

I think u should do  a combination with template and language.

example
Template A (left to right) > language > (left to right)
Template B  (right to left) > language >  (right to left)

template A the same  with Template B except the positions logos etc ....

m0hamed, I think u should start from here CUSTOMIZATION - How To Customize Some IP Basics
and TOC - Some Frequently Asked Questions About Icy Phoenix
and LANGUAGE - Change Ltr To Rtl

and check carefully the contents here Documentation And How To
there are answers and Operating Instructions for many think u ask...

and apologies for my own ignorance, but I know little to a better target

Post Re: How Make My Forum Multilanguage

normaly you set language in lang_main.php

so in english you got "ltr" and in arabic you got "rtl"

that should work automaticly, when you switch the lang in your profile
