Icy Phoenix

What is this mod for?
This mod adds the ability of taking user's country from IP. You can easily manage countries from ACP and add/delete IP ranges.
You can show user's flag everywhere near to their username, or only in viewtopic. You can also set which flag you want to show (user's profile or user's IP) in case of having the two of them available. You can set configuration from ACP -> Configuration -> Site -> Abilities.
Also, you can arrange memberlist by their IP country.

Who created it?
This mod was created by Marco (3Di at phpbb.com). This mod was released here.
I've adapted it to Icy Phoenix, but this mod I show you has not all the features the original mod does. I think the current ones are enough.

Installation instructions

1. Make a full backup of your forum, including database and files
   This is strictly necessary because this mod can damage your database.
   
2. Download the attached package
   
3. Delete or rename images/flags folder
   
4. Upload all files and folders located in root/ directory to the root of your forum
   
5. Login as administrator and run install_ip_cf.php (http://www.youripforum.com/install_ip_cf.php) and follow the instructions. Please use a browser that supports javascript and wait until the installer ends.
   
6. Delete install_ip_cf.php file and ipcf_data folder
   
7. Open file ip_country_flag_1.0.0B2.txt included in the package and follow the instructions
   
8. Clean cache
   
9. Enjoy your new implementation!

did u mean ipcf296a.txt

I'm sorry, I mixed files :oops:

In the old package it was original mod file (much bigger and longer). I've updated the package with the correct file.

Well, now you can't go back. It's because of the first error, so enter to the install like this:

You have to apply code changes related to constants.php.

What's new?
Updated all the IP database to make most of the IPs recognisable.

I'll do a full checking of all the features and I'll add new ones when the time let me...
