I've got IP on USB and it wont upload a file when using "User Upload".
The USB may be the problem - But for those who don't have it on USB - would you please check this.

And I assume it's because the file didn't actually upload - even if it says it did. :(

i had that issue to on mine. i gotten it fixed if the file is to big it won't upload but yet no error but that the file was uploaded.
check the file size and the limit file size you have set in ACP>downloads>configuration

The file is 2.7MB but one would expect a "File is too Large" warning if it exceeds the setting in the ACP and if one doesn't get that - It's still a bug IMHO. :(

I've found a bug in this plugin.
When a user tries to upload a file that appears:
Then displays a message saying that the upload is sucsesfully aded but when you download it the file size is 0KB. The size of this file in question is 37KB and if you look, you can see there remains a "/" in the path of the file.

Are you sure you did apply the correct permissions to folders?
Did you try with a different file?

I've changed the permissions to all folders and now it works.
