The same CMS system like this but more actual :)

I guess this system will have many vulnerabilities since it has not been updated for a long time...

There's no vulnerability known. There aren't many forum systems still alive.

So, could it be used for create current Web's? I had my doubts because I see that this CMS has not have support for a long time and I was afraid that it had some vulnerability.

If you just need a CMS you may want to have a loot at Wordpress, which is the most used.

It really depends on your needs though...
