it was only an htaccess problem... now don't touch anything in the template folder and everything will work perfectly :)

yes, you can do everything you want, and if you get the same error you only need to delete the htaccess file in that folder

do you have Xmas Grafics activated in ACP? I had the same problem. I disabled XMas Grafics and it worked.
