XS: 'Read More' On Selected Location For News On Portal?

Subject: XS: 'Read More' On Selected Location For News On Portal?
I've been searching but no luck until now... Is there a mod for news on portal which allows to place the 'read more' point in selected place instead of a number of characters, by using a tag in the same way as [page] works for KB?
