(SOLVED) A Post Box Issue?

Subject: (SOLVED) A Post Box Issue?
Hi I have a new install of Icy Phoenix 1.3.0.53a and just started adding content after doing some basic design changes.
What Ive found is, when starting a topic and include your text in the text box, I'm getting a scroll issue if a fair bit of text is written, once its gone past the default text box size and then gets the vertical scrollbar it keeps going back to the top as you type.
This is a pain as you keep having to scroll back down but as soon as you type again off it goes on its little travels again, its a pain in the backside

this sounded like I read it before to me too, but that topic was about phpbb and IE, and i tried to see if I could make this happen on icy/blackpearl here using IE but could not make it happen

anyway the link to this topic I'm talking about is http://www.icyphoenix.com/viewtopic...hlight=explorer ...just in case it would still help.. but i wonder about that :?

Try to convince Mighty Gorgon that mouseover border changes with text area's are a pain in the (Starts with a capital A) when using IE - Other than that tell everyone to use FF or anything else!

ROFL-LMAO :mryellow:

Seriously - I noticed that myself, and if it's not style overkill - I'm not here! :censored:

I think it would be wise for me not to respond to that Mort but it could not hurt to tell you I'm LMAO right now ...betcha MG knows why I'm laughing :mrorange:

Subject: Re: A Post Box Issue?
Hahaha! :mryellow:

It only happens with IE, so MG needs to take that into account and if the worst comes to the worst - Add an <IF IE blah blah - This css for IE instead of one css for all.

80% of users use IE, I don't need to say any more. :P
