Problem With Cms

Post Problem With Cms 
 
I have installed the new icy phoenix following the text. I had 1.11.

But when All is correct I dont see blocks, only appear main menu.

When I join in cms.php I can see that all is correct.

Also I reuploaded blocks folder.

Could you help me???. Thankss!.

Upgrade to lastest icy phoenix rc 14.14 and check
