when raising the image postimage.org the same one is not seen

these values estan well
 capturar_3

somebody can give a hand me with my problem

check your configuration about  posted images inside ACP.

thumnails maybe are working bad on your forum

Yes, it may be related to thumbs settings... check even GD configuration.

As you can see, those images are working fine here.
