Downgrade to PHPBB 2.0.22 ((you lost a lot of data)) with this script: http://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=293867

Then, upgrade your 2.0.22 to 3.0.0

Most of it except the ones that phpbb2 got

I didn't try... but I guess that if you run the update file Icy Phoenix should be converted to phpBB 3 correctly... the only problems should be related to BBCodes...
