Changing The Icy Portal Link To Another External Portal

The situation is that we have our Portal located on another site and, logically, under another Soft, but first of all I guess I should post a pic in order to show what I mean:

About the Header (1), I guess I'll have no problems, because replacing the code inside the overall_header.tpl and typing the code of the link which I desire should be enough, but I get lost with the "Locater" (2) which shows the forum place (or the portal one, but that's not my case) you are in. That's because I don't know which variable I have to modify and what part to replace in order to include the link I want.
