Hello, for this you must set the CHMOD permissions with your FTP program, i used FILEZILLA for this, this app can
change the permissions for you, if you want.

In the ip_root folder is an docs folder. so before you upload the files in ip_root, check out the readme_english.html in docs folder. There are instructions which folders and underfolders/files needs which CHMOD permissions.

Look in the ip_root folder for this:

ip_root/pafiledb/cache/mg_themes and CHMOD 777 it.

Here are the rest of the folder/files you need to CHMOD. Like stunnah said, it's in the DOCS folder in your download.
