try this :
swich board to english
delete or raname lang_romanian
upload new lang_english (dont delete your just overtire your lang_english)
empty cache

Please go back and edit your topic title. "My Questions" and "My Problem" does not describe the problem you are having.

More people will be able to help you if they know what the problem is in the topic.

Are these two separate issues? If so, please create a new support topic for your second issue.
