That looks like you have the LoFi version of the template enabled.
You should find this in the footer.

Re: Bug Icy Phoenix 1.2.24.51 RC 2 View On IE8
I wont deny that IE8 is not going to cause some headaches for themes that are not 100% WC3 compatible, because I've seen the results of some of them.
But, there is nothing in the ACP to switch etc, it's all done in the footer of the theme one is using.
You also have an option with IE8 to switch the style to (I think it's) Compatibility View somewhere in the IE8 tool-bar.

Re: Bug Icy Phoenix 1.2.24.51 RC 2 View On IE8
I've just installed IE8 on my other XP box, and I don't have any problems with either mode. So what you people are actually looking at, looks like the LoFi version to me.
I have no other explanation.

Re: Bug Icy Phoenix 1.2.24.51 RC 2 View On IE8
I'm using Vista and IE8 on my laptop at the moment, and there are no problems with Icy Phoenix.com in either view mode.
Try clearing your computer caches, and cookies.
OT:
And if I keep getting these bloody full-page adverts popping up here when I use IE - I ain't going to come here no more.
