Im new and How do i install icyphoenix i made a free acc on mysite.com but i cant upload the folders (example. like backup folder) all i can upload is the files that arent a  folder and once i upload them wat do i do with em??

maybe on your server isn't aloved to upload folders  

i think you have to check with your host why ...

anyway reason can be also that you are uploading in wrong folder icyphoneix files
on some servers default folder are www or httpdocs
