How to edit the welcome message sent by the admin, and how to forced redirect them to specific forum like New members introduction or Site rules?

eg: language\lang_german\email\html\user_welcome.tpl

Yoy can do that in CMS.

Look for Welcome in 3colums

then edit the file

Not the Welcome in the homepage.... the PM sent by the admin to the New Users inbox...
