For a start the overall_footer.tpl is BROKEN and missing from your theme, and I suspect a whole lot more may be missing or broken and giving you this problem.

You also have database woes.

I suggest that you re-upload all the .tpl files for a start.

Ive been trying get that post count away, i did one post then it jumped to that

Also the post count and the "Your Domain etc" is all configurable in the ACP. So please spend some time exploring Icy Phoenix, read the docs and how to's and also search for answers before asking questions.

If you are on a free host etc, there are some of them that cannot run Icy Phoenix due to host limitations. I hope in this case that this is not your problem. But if the second install goes as bad as the first, then you may need to discuss it with your host.

For example: Icy Phoenix needs a lot of memory and preferably up to 32MB if possible, because low memory is also another reason for blank pages.

By memory u mean is it CPU mem? I know ive got 5.5 TB disk space and 200GB bandwith, im trying to find out if 200GB is enough for a iPhone Cydia repo :p

It sounds like a reasonable host, so hopefully if you run into php.ini problems they can be fixed with a "local" php.ini in the public folder.
