I have asked many times for help and assistance, and the staff and active members
have always been ready and try their best and very helpful and kind ...

I just want to take this opportunity to thank the staff for their hard work,
and also thank the active members that are always helpful ...

I just hope that others who have asked for assistance will realize and
understand the work and time and effort it takes to try to help and
please everybody ...

Please appreciate and thank these people, they are definitely awesome.

Rhoooo =( And me who thought you gonna make criticisms =D I wanna see what we could critic about Icy Phoenix but I suppose it's not tomorrow we will find something against **

+1 for me : That community is really working harder and when I see other boards which are telling they are the most advanced, I can't hide my deception for all these peoples who will believe that and will miss that great CMS that is Icy Phoenix =/

But there are some things that ALL users who need help could do and that is to go to their profile and add:

1. Their site url (If not adult or warez)
2. The version of Icy Phoenix they are using.
3. Their Computer OS.
4. What browser they normally use.
5. Whether their server is Free or Paid.
6. The name of the provider if it's a free host.

Because we do get sick of asking for these things time and time again.

7. Fully describe their problem or request.
8. Post any actual Error Messages they get and NOT "Something like this"

But most importantly: None of us are Mind-Readers and neither can we see what the user is actually looking at. So the more detail they provide - Then the easier it is to work it out, solve the problem and spend more time helping ALL of the other users.

PS: I'm sure I can get up to 10 or more things we would like to know in advance - But those are the main ones that annoy us. Grrrrrrr!

I´ll second this.

It does make thing´s actualy much more easier, if they can add the requiered Info and a pic of what they´re actualy looking at
