I have ICY phoenix setup on two sites.

Navigation Menu: I have unchecked certain links as I don't want them shown yet and updated and cleared cache. The links still show up on the main page.

Color Picker:  ACP-config-Icy Phoenix- Posting and Messages, I found Color picker and disabled it, yet it also still shows up.

How can I get links to NOT show up without actually deleting the link, and same for color picker?

Make sure you are using a Dynamic Menu Block and not the static one.

Yep. But its the original Nav Menu that came with setup.

I also noticed there is no "Tags Block" two posts and I have 100 tags, grr.

You need to go into CMS and create a dynamic menu block and disable the old one.
