Went I click on the chat I'm getting a error like this one ( http://custom404error.com/?keywords...re/pagenotfound ) not such if the ajax chat is working at all I look to see if the php file was uplaod it is. Can any one help me with it

There is a redirect to http://custom404error.com... if you want to open it.

@dragtech: Could it be, that you provider does not allowed chat and redirect it that way.
