So, I'm having a hard time finding the info i need :/
But if i read correctly, it wont be possible for me to scout the phpbb v2 forum and just adds mods from there, is that correct?

what you can do is upgrade your phpbb2 forum to icyphoenix
if you decide to upgrade your phpbb2 read very good instructions how to do it ....
