Pero, el Moderadores no puede colorear los nuevos usuarios que entran al grupo.

But the easiest way ATM  IMHO is.

give these group-moderators Junior-admin permits, but no block permits.

These way, they can colorize users, but they can´t access CMS nore ACP.
