Post Call To Undefined Method StdClass::parse() In

Version 1.3.0.53a, fresh install

URL - http://www.whatsonyourmind.us

I'm getting this error -

Call to undefined method stdClass::parse() in /home/sunwest/public_html/whatsonyourmind.us/fetchposts.php  on line 92

I've seen it listed in other posts but not with this particular file "fetchposts.php" Here's what line 92 contains -

"$posts[$i]['post_text'] = $bbcode->parse($posts[$i]['post_text'], '', false, $clean_tags);"

I've already re-uploaded /includes/bbcode.php with no apparent help

I hadn't changed anything since the original install about a week ago. Everything was working fine until I tried to make some CMS block changes.

I was truying to add a block for news feeds and that's when this problem occurred.

It looks like I'm making some headway here. I removed the news block that I tried to add and the error has been resolved.

However, I've lost the original blocks that were present on the Home page, so I guess I'll need to reconstruct them.

I've done that. Somewhere I've lost the News (News - Current Selection) block that accepts input from the forum.  I can't find a Block file with that designation.

You can try News or Forum Attach.

I was having the same problem with this and it was driving me crazy that I could find the problem here (and here), but no solution.

I got the same error message as described in sunwest's first post, whenever I would add a Forum [News] block. I haven't found a solition either, but I did find a workaround to the error message:

ACP -> Styles & Templates -> Settings -> set Shows errors when files are incorrectly included in tpl files to No.

The explanation below the setting suggests the error is because the user has used incorrectly <!-- INCLUDE filename -->
