Deafault theme is FROZEN PHONEX selected even i have uninstalled them but the theme is still the same wht to do?

You could go to ACP >> Styles and Templates >> Manage Styles and walk through it (set default, override user settings, switch all users) ...and most of all..  ACP >> Templates >> Manage Styles >> Manage Cache >> Clear Cache

there´s a default theme selected in ACP- General - Site Configuration aswell.

after changing the default theme in Themes you should flush templates cache and then have a look in general, if it changed there aswell. If it did´nt, change it there and save config. check if it worked.
