Hey, I Have A Problem
First, im sorry for my bad english.. I dont speak english im from a country that speak spanish...
Well, i want to install icy Phoenix in a web.. The hosting i choosed have sql 4.0, Php 4.0 and ftp, and 10 Gb of total memory & 10 gb of bandwitch..
I upload all the files how the guide says, and i put all the permissions good.. And i do all i need to do.. But when i want to install icy in the forum the web browser tell me that dont exist any file. But my Ftp client (Filezilla) show dat the file is right there..
I believe its the hosting but not.. I tried with 4 diferent hostings and always its the same...
Please.. Help me..
If u dont understand me, tell it to me...

Can u recommend me a good hosting? Of course, the hosting needs to support icy Phoenix..

Man, if you said you tried with 4 different hostings... are you sure the path to the script is correct? Can you please give a link? Hosting's webserver config is correct?

Check also the permissions of the files are at least 644, especially install.php. Sometimes ftp programmes mess up the file permissions during transfer or browsing (I've had them go 000 a couple of times!)

Hey.. Thanks a lot...
Finally, I finbished My Forum..
My Friend tried With a diferent Hosting, and everything is Right!
But Now, I want to register me in the new Forum, but The email confirmation Never arrive!!!
5 Users are waiting the fu**ing Email, and dont arrive...
I believe is something wrong in the configuration..
Can somebody helpme?
