I have I complete problem and is with the appointments, is that when any user makes an appointment using the function quote the appointment leaves in a text format nonbeen worth.

The problem i think it's on a wrong db restoration. Maybe charset was wrong.

Try to recompile post. But i dunno if will solve this

The same pense I that I was something in db but in which table for also you indicate to me as it is the correct structure.

check your database charset and try to restore it using your old database charset
