Did that still no go... Ive also tried it on 3 different website host and it doesnt work. On any of those.
The only thing I can say that could be effecting it is uploading with my mac. Macs cant read anything with " . " infront because that signifies that the file is invisible. Now when you upload stuff to the web such as through ftp, when you upload a folder containing files with " . " infront such as .htaccess files, it does upload those to the server. It reads them but does not show them in plain sight. Thats the only thing else I can think of because im sure that all 3 of the consecutive host couldnt all have something wrong with them. So I will try uploading the files on my PC (love the mac though

) and if that doesnt work I will put the zip file on website and let the server unzip it instead. Thanks for the help novice, it has been greatly appreciated!
