Howto Change Site Logos?

I want to customize the header image of the portal, i have founded these images, i suppose that i can do this changing this files, but, what is the best way to do it?.

../foros/templates/common/images/sitelogo_small.png
../foros/templates/mg_themes/images/gray/sitelogo_small.png
../foros/templates/mg_themes/images/gray/sitelogo_small_2.png
../foros/templates/mg_themes/images/gray/xmas/sitelogo_small.png
../foros/templates/mg_themes/images/ice/sitelogo_small.png

I am using this template: mg_themes - Icy Phoenix, and the version of IP is 1.1.0.15 based on phpBB 2.0.22.

I hope this is enought.;-)

../foros/templates/common/images/sitelogo_small.png is not used AFAIK
../foros/templates/mg_themes/images/gray/sitelogo_small.png is for MG winter
../foros/templates/mg_themes/images/gray/sitelogo_small_2.png is not used AFAIK
../foros/templates/mg_themes/images/gray/xmas/sitelogo_small.png is for the christmas theme
../foros/templates/mg_themes/images/ice/sitelogo_small.png is for the Icy Phoenix theme
