Hi, dear fellows at Icyphoenix...
Well, this site is such a big "knowledge base"!!!! It's so big that is no easy for begginers like me to find some data about a problem with my Icyphoenix installation.- I did things as Luca asks (e.g. I used the search button, et al...) but I couldn't find data about this problem:
At our site (devoted to model and amateur rocketry, in spanish language) we are experimenting problems with our database, in particular with tables '*_posts'', '*_upi2db_unread_posts', '*_sessions' and '*_users' ; each time I acces to Database Optimization option in ACP, those tables are in a 'No OK' state.-
Well, I optimized the database using ACP and / or PHPmyAdmin, and, say, five minutes later, if I use Database Optimization option in ACP or PHPmyAdmin, those tables -or at least one of them- are again in the same condition of "No OK"... even with no (or very low) activity at the forums!!!
Is this a normal situation?
Yesterday we have had a serious crash at our site (it went into debug mode, SQL error, with '*_posts'' marked as crashed); some friends of mine (one of them is Paramine -GX, he's here too, at Icyphoenix.com) told me tha I must do a table repair using PHPmyAdmin.- I did that and it solved immediately the problem, but I want to know if there could be a definitive solution...
We are running this versions:
Icyphoenix 1.2.0.27
phpBB ver. 2.0.23
PHP ver. 4.4.4
MySQL ver. 5.0.45-community.-
Thanks in advance!!!!
Best regards

Thanks, KugeLSichA !!!
Well, I think so, I believe that it could be normal, but -you know- I have a lack of expertisse on this matters; so, if other users (like you) are observing the same thing, I'm going to believe that those inconsistencies are NOT a real problem.-
Many thanks again for your reply!!!
