ACP -> Configuration -> Icy Phoenix -> Posting and Messages -> Smileys for Topic Title and Description.

Can you provide a link to a topic on your forum that you are trying to add a smiley to?  If you have the proper setting in your ACP and are leaving a space in between the smiley code and the topic title, it should work.

the code in topic title work,but in the block in home(recents topics) the code remain visible,now i have power off fuction,because in block doesn't work

I see.

It never worked in the recent topics block for me either.

Maybe someone here knows of a solution for the two of us!
