User Karen, Clicked on the "Interested In Volunteering? Sign Up" link that is on the homepage in the left column, to add her name to be on the list in our "Volunteer Group". The Volunteer Group is an open group that needs to be approved/accepted by the Moderator.
Winnie who is the Moderator of the Volunteer Group, received an email alert and she then logged on, Accepted Karen into the group and while at the Group Information Page, Winnie sent Karen an email.
Karen then sent back the email explaining to Winnie that all of this code stuff was on the bottom of the email that Winnie sent her.
If there is an error it is on the Group Information Page Email System? There is no option for HTML or BBCODE while sending an email using the Group Information Page.
